Achieving an independent Scotland in 2014 will be up to local communities. That is why Yes Scotland is supporting the establishment of 32 community campaign groups across the country based on local authority boundaries.
It is through sharing the message about the benefits of an independent Scotland in conversations with friends, neighbours, and others in your local area, that the Yes campaign will be successful and our team of Yes Scotland advisors are here to help you do that.
Any one of you who has signed up to the Yes declaration can contact Yes Scotland and ask us to help organise the first community campaign group meeting in your area. We will then assist in arranging a venue, date, and a Yes Scotland representative to come along and talk to local supporters and volunteers.
Meetings will be open to anyone who has signed the Yes declaration and we’ll contact signed-up supporters in your area to let them know about the event and encourage them to come along.
So if you want to organise a meeting in your local area then get in touch today. Click here for further information.
