Success in 2014 will come through the work we do in our villages, towns and cities. Yes Scotland is keen to support people who would like to hold community events in their community. This could be at a local Gala or Summer Fair or by having a street stall. People like you are already out and about getting their friends and neighbours signed up to the Yes Declaration. You can do the same.
You can now publicise your event on the Yes Scotland website. The website is a powerful tool to get people involved. Thousands of people have already volunteered to help. And you do not have to have been involved in anything political before to take part. It's only through using the Yes Scotland website that we can ensure all those who are interested in an independent Scotland get a chance to be involved.
Setting up an event is easy and can be done by anyone who has signed the Yes Declaration.
